Start (Success Plan Lite)
- You’re mostly self-sufficient and just want someone to call when things get really hard. Start gives you on-demand help for questions and fixes, but no ongoing commitment, no strategy sessions; just a safety net when you need one.
Grow (Tier 1 Success Plan)
- Your system is part of how you run your business every single day, so you want to know it’s in good shape. Grow adds proactive check-ins and annual reviews to keep things humming along as your business picks up speed.
Scale (Tier 2 Success Plan)
- Things move fast at your company and your system needs to keep up. Scale is for teams that want regular optimization, advisory touchpoints, and hands-on support to keep performance sharp and adoption high. Basically, it’s the “we’re super serious about this” tier.
You’ll need Microsoft licenses to get this party started, but which ones depend on your Launchpad path. Don’t sweat it though, we are happy to walk you through which ones to pick. And if you’re already getting your licenses somewhere else? No worries, we play well with others.
